First and foremost your online reservation request must be confirmed by North Star staff prior to your arrival. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours after the request is received at North Star. If you have not heard from us, please call the office immediately.
New clients and their pets, or existing clients with a new pet are required to bring vaccination records with them on the arrival. If you are a new client, please allow sufficient time for us to intake your pets after they arrive. We want to be sure we have all the information necessary to make your pet’s stay pleasant and safe
Plan ahead and make reservations for your pet’s stay for upcoming holidays and vacation periods.
NO ONLINE RESERVATIONS will be accepted if you are submitting you request LESS THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR to your pet’s arrival date; or, due to the high volume of reservations, when the arrival or departure date falls within a holiday period.
